We utilize our own secure website login to provide your tenants access to their account 24/7. They don’t have to wait for business hours to find the information they need, which means they can typically find the answers to their questions by simply going into their account and checking the current bill.
Creating An Account
Once the submeter has been installed, and the customer has been invoiced, your tenants will access our site and simply click on the “Pay Your Bill” tab on the top of the page. From here, they will simply click on the new user registration and fill in the blanks.
They will need to provide the security code that is unique to their account. It is found on the invoice, and it is case sensitive. They will also need to provide an email address and click on the verification button.
Customers will receive an email which will link to the final steps in the account setup process. This just takes a couple of minutes and only has to be done on the first visit to the bill payment site. It includes setting up a username and password, which adds another layer of security to the site.
Through our utility billing system, your tenants can pay their bill, view their current bill and even review past bills. This is very helpful for those wanting to monitor their water use and perhaps implement conservation options.
